Welded steel pipes are cylindrical pipes formed by rolling steel plates or coils and then joining the edges through welding processes such as Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) or Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). Unlike seamless pipes, welded pipes have a longitudinal or spiral seam where the edges are fused together.
